These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clonely (the "Service"), operated via clonelycloner.com ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, loading a balance, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. No affiliation
Clonely is an independent product. Clonely is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Match Group/Tinder, Hinge, or any other platform, application, or company. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply any endorsement of or affiliation with Clonely.
2. Use at your own risk; no warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that any cloned app, account, or device will remain functional, undetected, or free from restriction, suspension, or ban by any platform.
You are solely responsible for how you use cloned apps and any accounts you operate with them, including for compliance with the terms of service, policies, and acceptable-use rules of the underlying platforms, and with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Clonely, its operators, owners, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, accounts, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any account suspension, ban, or loss — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Billing — all sales final, no refunds
The Service runs on a prepaid balance. You fund your balance in advance, primarily via cryptocurrency. All sales are final and the prepaid balance is non-refundable. Plans renew monthly by deducting the plan price from your balance until the balance runs out, at which point the plan stops renewing and active clones deactivate. There is no long-term contract and nothing auto-charges a card or wallet once your balance is exhausted. You may cancel at any time simply by not topping up; we do not provide refunds for unused balance, unused time, or deactivated clones.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, impersonation intended to deceive, distribution of malware, infringement of intellectual property, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe the Service is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
